ABOUT
My name is Sam Spencer Silverberg, I’m the head coach and owner of The Dojo. I have over 20 years of experience in the martial arts industry. I am a second degree black belt in Karate and have spent six months training in Kung-Fu and Sanda in China, and five months of training in Muay Thai in Thailand. I also spent years training at American Top Team in Cocunut Creek, Davie, and Weston.

I believe my extensive training and experience make me uniquely qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals through martial arts. In addition to improving physical fitness and strength, martial arts training has numerous other benefits including stress relief, improved coordination and balance, and increased self-discipline and self-confidence.
I understand that finding the time and motivation to stay active can be a challenge, which is why I offer personalized training sessions that cater to your specific needs and schedule. With my guidance, you will be able to achieve sustainable results and feel your best.
